👋 Hi, I’m Benjamin
A passionate athlete for more than 20 years: triathlete, multiple Ironman finisher, marathon runner, ultratrailer, digital project lead, and dad in my forties.
I created Adapt2Life to solve a challenge most amateur athletes face: how do you keep training seriously, progressing, and chasing ambitious goals while fully honoring family life, work, and daily responsibilities?
Sport has always been part of my life, but never at the expense of my family or balance. Yet no traditional training plan ever helped me reconcile those two worlds in a realistic way.

With more than 20 years of endurance experience—triathlons, several Ironman races, marathons, long distance events, and ultratrails—I observed a simple reality: life never follows a rigid training plan.
