Step 2
Describe your day
Tell us how you feel, today’s goal and any time or equipment constraints. The clearer the brief, the better the workout matches your life.

Step 3
Generate and refine
The AI suggests the full session (warm-up, main block, cooldown). Regenerate, tweak the blocks, or keep the version you like.

Step 4
Sync and go
Push the workout to Garmin and start training. After each session we adapt the next recommendations to your current form.

Before your first session
How long does it take to generate a workout?+
A few seconds for a standard plan. More complex Garmin Connect conversions can take 1–2 minutes depending on load.
Can I regenerate or edit the workout before sending it?+
Yes. Regenerate as many times as you want, adjust blocks or intensities before pushing the final version to Garmin Connect.
What if my watch or Garmin is unavailable?+
Keep the workout in text form, send it later when you’re ready. The AI remembers your brief to generate an alternative.
