What is Adapt2Life?+
Adapt2Life is an AI coach that generates tailored sessions from your feeling, constraints, and Garmin data so your training matches real life.
How does the AI customize a workout?+
Describe how you feel, your goals, and available gear. The AI blends that with your history to craft a coherent session (warm-up, main block, cooldown).
Can I send workouts to my Garmin watch?+
Yes. Once generated, Adapt2Life converts the session into Garmin’s expected format and pushes it to your Garmin Connect calendar.
Which sports are supported right now?+
We currently support cycling, running, swimming, triathlon, and general strength. More disciplines are progressively added.
How long does it take to generate a session?+
Usually just a few seconds. Reasoning models used for Garmin Connect conversions can take up to two minutes for complex requests.
Are the workouts suitable for beginners?+
Yes. The AI accounts for your level, available volume, and writes clear cues even if you are just starting.
I don’t own a power meter—does that matter?+
Not at all. Mention that you train by feel or heart rate; the AI adapts targets and indicators accordingly.
Can I regenerate a workout if I dislike it?+
Absolutely. Relaunch the generator as many times as needed or tweak your brief to be more specific.
How does Adapt2Life use my Garmin data?+
We only use it to personalize sessions (load, recent history). Data is stored securely and you can revoke access anytime.
Can I use Adapt2Life without a connected watch?+
Yes. You can generate plans based solely on your feeling. Garmin data simply adds extra context.
Is there any commitment or long-term contract?+
No. Plans are monthly, cancellable whenever you want, and every subscription starts with its full quota on the billing date.
When do my quotas reset?+
Generation and conversion quotas automatically reset on the first of every month, regardless of your active plan.
How does the trial work?+
Create your account, optionally connect Garmin, and generate several workouts for free before picking a subscription.
Can I follow a multi-week structured plan?+
We provide a day-by-day generator, but you can save workouts and organize them in Garmin. A multi-week planner is in development.
How do you handle recovery and rest days?+
The AI suggests lighter days or active recovery sessions whenever your metrics show fatigue.
Does the AI consider injuries or medical constraints?+
Add any restriction to your brief (e.g., no jumps, no standing climbs). The AI adapts accordingly, but it’s not a medical opinion.
How do you ensure workouts respect Garmin standards?+
Every workout passes internal checks to comply with Garmin rules, then gets cleaned automatically (targets, durations, segments) before sending.
Can I share sessions with my human coach?+
Yes. Export the text version, retrieve the Garmin format, or simply share the generated Garmin Connect link.
What happens if the Garmin Connect conversion fails?+
You’re notified immediately and your quota is restored automatically (missing data, Garmin downtime, etc.). You can regenerate or send the plan later.
Does Adapt2Life work offline?+
No. Generations rely on our servers and partner APIs, so you need an Internet connection to create or send workouts.
