Between work, family, daily surprises and accumulated fatigue, it’s often impossible to follow a rigid training plan. Yet most existing fitness apps still rely on predefined programs or generic workouts.
That’s exactly what I lived through for years. And that’s the precise problem I’m trying to solve with Adapt2Life.

Today, we have access to an incredible amount of data thanks to Garmin, Apple or Fitbit:

- fatigue
- body battery
- heart rate
- recent intensity
- stress level
- training load
But these data points are mostly observed… rarely used to act in real time.

👉 But we don’t know what to do today with that level of energy.

And recommends the right workout for today:

- some days it’s full rest
- some days it’s technical
- some days it’s long

Adapt2Life is not an abstract project.
I created it because I couldn’t find any system able to:
- help me improve,
- without burning out,
- while living a parent’s life,
- with highly variable weeks.
I needed a smart tool, not a perfect one.
